OMG! Chefworld knows what they are doing...I was getting married and my partner and I went to demonstration and decided to go ahead and sign up for chefworld products. A month passed including our wedding. I called and said I needed to cancel. I did not recieve anything I was on the layaway program...guess what they told me that they will not return any money!!! I am so pissed. Oh but dont worry, your money will stay here if you decided to come back! WTF!!!! I will not go back and I promise I have many friends who are to get married I will be sure of telling them not to got to Chef World! SCAM SCAM SCAM 12941bf

I returned it and we wanted to cancel and I was told we couldnt so we are out the money we paid and we still have to pay you the amount on the layaway program which is 350 for a pan that was messed up in the first place and not finally got a replacement and the replacement doesn't cook good. I cook on low and it almost burns everything and it has burnt marks in the bottom of the pan I am a professional chef and thought I would give your company a try and I am so pissed. Its sad when the $10 I got from walmart is way way better!!!!!!!! |
